The *Southern Dogface (Zerene cesonia)* ranges from South America northward to much of the United States. The first two shots here were taken in Austin, Travis Co., Texas, in November, 2007, and were shot with a Canon EOS 1D Mark III and EF 300mm F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender.
