This is a new species, recently split from Carolina Satyr.

This is communication I have received from Nick Grishin about this new species.
"Greg:
As you may know, we recently published a paper to describe a new species of satyr from TX:

Now, we are planning to have a note for the "News of Lepidopetrists' Society" to include more records (when people started looking) and show more photographs to help people identify this very tricky butterfly. Andy Warren found that you have photographed this species!

See attached compilation of images. Your photo is at the bottom left. It would be great if we can show your image as a part of this compilation (images will be formatted better, of course). If not, not a problem, but your picture is very nice!
Thanks very much for consideration! n"

This species will be added to the iNat database soon as the species is now listed within the lep authority iNat uses for such matters.
